The S1500 Aqualife® AquaCater Reverse Osmosis system is a high capacity, low cost water treatment product specifically engineered for the food industry operating combi ovens. The product is also suitable for restaurants and coffee businesses using espresso machines.
The equipment will provide under normal operating conditions highly refined water up to 72 litres per hour and because of the relatively compact design, the Aqualife® S1500 occupies a minimum of working space.
The system is provided with a high flow booster pump that provides security to targeted production capacity as well as a 20 litre steel storage tank for product water to meet spikes in demand.

General Operating Information:
1. The first full tank of permeate should be discarded. It is important not use this initial permeate for food preparation or for drinking purposes because of the presence of sanitising agents in the tank and the membrane.
2. Keep the membrane elements moist at all times after initial wetting.
3. If operating limits and guidelines given in this bulletin are not strictly followed, the limited warranty will be null and void.
4. The product has been carefully engineered and cartridge and membrane specifications must be duplicated on replacement to avoid the nullification of the limited warranty.
5. To prevent biological growth during prolonged system shutdowns, it is recommended that membrane elements be immersed in a preservative solution.
6. The membrane shows resistance to short-term attack from chlorine(hypochlorite), However, prolonged exposure may damage the membrane and can be avoided with a planned maintenance program for the pre-treatment cartridges having specific activated carbon specifications.
7. The customer is fully responsible for the effects of incompatible chemicals and lubricants on elements. The use will void the limited warranty.
Important. The use of this product in itself does not necessarily guarantee the removal of cysts and pathogens from water. Effective cyst and pathogen reduction is dependent on the complete system design and on the operation and maintenance of the system
All claims made are based on the feed water supply complying with the operating limits specified for the system. Where the chemical analysis in not known a complete chemical analysis should be provided.
